Oh, what an idiot!!

I have come to the conclusion that I am an idiot - I got weighed in on wednesday and lost 1.5lbs which I was over the moon about. Guess what, ever since then all I have done is eat and eat and eat. Have no chance of catching myself back up so am going to draw a line and start afresh from tomorrow. Face whatever damage I have done at next weigh-in and then after the xmas break, am going to go back properly to the meetings as I obviously need the extra support!!

Well, I weighed in a day early as I have a busy day tomorrow and didnt know if I would have enough time - managed to lose 1.5lbs this week, which I am pleased about.

Jessica took her Brownie promise this week and became a fully fledged member of the Camberley 5th Brownie pack. She made me so proud and she remembered it word for word. She is an IMP - which I do think is rather appropriate as she can be an imp some of the time. Saying that, things have improved with her in leaps and bounds in every aspect especially her school work - I am pleased to say.

Disaster!!

Oh what an idiot I am!! Went to the cinema with daughter today to see BandSlam - good film by the way, managed to only eat some salted popcorn and a diet coke. All good, walked home, made my mum some lemon curd cupcakes and ended up eating three of them, had dinner and have just munched half a tube of pringles so am now about 20 over for the week!! Have promised myself that I'll start afresh from tomorrow. I seem to think that just because I have eaten one bad thing I may as well just carry on - no matter what I do, I always end up jeopardising myself!!

Well, I have been back doing WW properly for 4 weeks and have lost 9lbs so far. Gained this week but was expecting it as had over indulged a couple of times during the week. Generally feeling really good and looking towards the future with renewed vigor and determination!!
